How do I place an order?

Please complete the Contact Form if you require a cake or you can send me a DM on Instagram for brownies/blondies/cookies and I will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Do you offer a delivery service?

I offer postal orders for brownies, blondies and cookies. Please send a message via the Contact Form, or alternatively drop me a DM on Instagram. All postal orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. With regards to cakes/cupcakes, these are collection only.

Do you require any payment upfront?

Yes - any order under £30 requires a payment in full, once the order has been confirmed with me. Any orders £30+, requires a 50% deposit once the order has been confirmed, then the remainder on the day of collection. Please note, I do not accept cash on collection.

Your order is not confirmed and you do not have a slot, until a payment has been made.

How far in advance do you take orders?

I recommend making sure you have booked your slot for a cake order at least 1 month in advance of collection date. With any other baked goods, 7-10 days notice is fine. Please note, I do not take last minute orders.
